I too have currently received the e-mail from google regarding Malware notification regarding www.changing-perspectives.co.uk ,I have looked at different conversations and found some good knowledge but nothing specific for me, If any body could help, do I have to check every page, how do I remove it, and what caused it.

Don’t know what cause it. Looks like remote code injection.
Remove the malicious code from your html, write-protect files. Look for suspicious file and remove if you find them.
Change passwords.
