The site is not listed as suspicious.

Other possible causes:
there is a network problem in the path between you and the server
the server is temporarily not working properly
problem with the nameservers so the DNS lookup doesn’t resolve
problem in the site’s code or .htaccess, so an error prevents serving the page
etc etc

i have putted JavaScript validation in them .
even then some body filling wrong information in it like
