We are in blacklist on google even we have cleaned the trojan (iframe) and even we have sent many reviews for our website. is there something we do wrong or does the reivews take long time ?

The last time Google visited this site was on 2009-06-19 and it was listed as suspicious at that time.

You will also need to use several anti-virus and anti-malware products to scan the computers used for FTP access to the site. Then, you will need to change your passwords. Many of the current web-site hacks are the result of FTP passwords being stolen from the PCs used for FTP access to the site.

Hi Kaleh,

Thank you for your reply.

After i seen that website has been blacklisted, i had my pc formatted, deleted the account from my plesk panel and installed again, changed the ftp password and just now added to google/webmasters and requested for a check. Now im waiting the good new, after so many steps.

And yes i clicked to “request a review” part many times and i did sent request several times since 20 june 2009.

Many people are finding that they need to add both the www and non-www versions of their web-site to Webmaster Tools, verify ownership of both, and “Request a Review” for both. You may need to do these extra steps as well.

Were you previously requesting a review through the Stopbadware Clearninghouse, instead of Google Webmaster Tools?

Hi Kaleh,

Yes i was requesting reviews from Stopbadware Clearninghouse between the dates 22 jun – 29 jun, requested a few times .

Only today i request a review by google.com/webmasters
