how to locate and remove malware/badware in the websit

hi,
we have website www.gmgc.co.in it shows malware by google, we have scanned our website files and reloaded again however google contines with the same message then further we followed the google webmaster tool and reqeust a review but now the site is blocked by google. Is there any way or tool available which can slove our problem. please help us how to find malware and remove it and restore our website?

When did you “Request a Review” through Google Webmaster Tools?

The last time Google visited this site was on 2009-06-23. It can take a few hours to a day or so (and sometimes a few days) before the warning is removed.
