On Friday 13th 2009 I registered myself at http://spe4eli.info/ [means win(dot)info]. I played for LapTop. I have to send a lot of SMS-es [around 8] which costed me around 25$. But in last moment the administrator change the result and I didn’t win. So, I think the site is fake because it makes you to send SMS-es and give money but not to win anything. You can see the rules in english – just use http://translate.google.com/ .

I would not expect to win a laptop for $25-worth SMS-es.

Sounds like a scam. Since it sounds like it’s international (non-US), try reporting it to econsumer.gov, a joint project of government protection agencies from 21 countries.
