there were a lot of viruses (base 64 decode and some scripts) I removed everything, but google and mozilla says, that it’s not clear.
Problem is, I can’t find anything more on these web sites…

Most likely, you will find the offending code in .htaccess file (note, it may be above the site root directory)
When you remove it, make sure to scan your computer for malware and change all site passwords.
Then request a malware review via Google Webmaster Tools.
