Please, what can I do; when you search for “[name removed]” on google etc. there’s virtually hundreds (2,410 to be exact); of bloggers pages who have been indexed and reindexed; I have basically spent the past 5 years begging these asian websites to remove any content links etc with my personal name on them.. They are fully ignoring me?!
And worse, every time I request help on the google removal pages or support, I’m nothing but ridiculed,
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters/thread?tid=38d57de87b09ba82&hl=en
And worse, I’ve also spent HUNDREDS of hours attempting to delete off all this slanderous info, but get nothing but DENIED DENIED DENIED..
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals?action=show&mt=1&md=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.icebank.co.kr%2Fboard%2Fqna.html%253Fmods%253Dedit%26idx%253D9472%26page%253D55%26search%253D&hl=en
And now, google is providing ‘summaries’ of links?! Please fully explain how this is not a form of profiling?! ie,
http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&safe=off&tbo=1&tbs=ww%3A1&q=Gordon+Campbell&btnG=Search&meta=&tbo=1
vs.
[removed]
*Mine did have circles the other day; with statements like: slander, defamation, libel, wrong, questionable, etc = ?! *Not displaying these circles right now; maybe laters?! I’d like to know how I can legally protect myself from this form of very negative, contrived, form of generated slander and full violation of my personal privacy rights PLEASE????
Even 3 years ago google was routinely providing webcrawler service; and now there is no email or link to provide any effective service?! They are REFUSING to provide any service; and there is no longer ANY CONTACT available..
What can I do? What legal recourse do I have?! PLEASE HELP ~ I’m so far beyond desperate I’m pretty much ready to fly over to google and shoot a few dozen faces off :)
Please advise asap.
Hi,
You are asking the wrong crowd of people.
I am not sure there is anything you can do about your name being Googled, and indexed in other sites.
Thanks,
Noam Rathaus
