Have you checked Google Webmaster Tools to see what kind of information that Google has provided related to the malware?

*Add the site to Google Webmaster Tools (If you haven’t already done so)
*Verify ownership of the site (If you haven’t already done so)
*Click the site so you can see the Dashboard for that site
*Click on [ More Details ] from the red malware warning bar
There should be a list of sample pages in the [ More Details ] section.
In addition, from the Dashboard for the site, you should also see a [ Labs ] link in the left side panel. That link expands to reveal a [ Malware Details ] link which may provide additional information that might even include code snippets.
